Ajai Shankar, being a key contributor to the field of Healthcare facility operations for more than two decades and having served as the COO at various prominent hospitals, established his plethora of authoritative knowledge in Profit and Loss (P&L) management, Strategic Planning, Lean Management, Total Quality Improvement (TQI), Information Technology and Service Excellence within the gamut of Hospital Operations. He has gained expertise through education, training and through years of experience in successfully developing business management systems, implementation of protocols (SOP) and commissioning of multispecialty hospitals.
He is the recipient of the National Energy conservation Award from Govt of India.
